Structure

:

Column foundation. Size of foundation - 5′X5′x6’ from existing ground level, tied with necessary plinth beams, with necessary reinforcement.

Basement

:

Height of basement4’0″ from existing ground level.

Flooring

:

Vitrified tiles for Hall(2’x2’ normal colours) remaining areas with joint free tiles 16”x16” or 2’x2’

Walls

:

External walls with 9″tk. Brick work and internal partition walls with 4 1/2″tk. brick work

Plastering

:

External plastering finished roughly (sponge finish) and internal plastering finished smoothly.

Lintels & Sunshades

:

Cut lintels and sunshades over window and door openings will be provided with suitable reinforcement.

Roof slab

:

Roof with RCC 1:2:4 mix. Height of roof slab 10′0″ including roof slab thickness. Thickness of roof slab 5″

Doors

:

Main door with teak wood frame and teak wood panelled door, other doors with kongu wood frames and water proof Press doors with american skin finish and  necessary hardware fittings . Maindoor will be provided with nightlatch.

Windows & Ventilators

:

Frames with Kongu wood frames and glazed shutters with Teak  wood frames and 4mm pinhead glass. Grills at 1.5kg per sq.ft in 10mm square rod will be provided.(Grills will be inserted into the window frames itself at the time of Making the window itself  for the saftey purpose. 

Bedroom

:

One side loft and provision for cupboard below loft without wood works.

Kitchen

:

Granite slab platform with stainless steel sink, glazed tiles (6″x8″ gujarat makefor 4’6″ height )above the platform, one tap connection will be provided at sink.

Painting

:

Main door finished with varnish. All other doors, windows, grills will be painted with enamel paint

Colour washing

:

Ceiling - three coats of whitewash

Walls - Two coats of Interior Emulsion painting over smooth putty and one coat of interior primer.

Toilets

:

All toilet will be provided with EWC (Normal colours only. Walls with glazed tiles (12″x8”) for 7′0″ height from floor level. Hot and cold water connection with tap and shower connection  will be provided.

Parapet wall

:

All round parapet wall upto 3′ height from roof level with 4 1/2″ brick wall with necessary 9″ pillars
